High-end dental milling
Stabilized cast structures, air-cooled Swiss spindles and absolute encoders. Typical YRC-5X configuration.
Zirconia Sintering
What defines the microstructure is not only the peak temperature, but how you get there. Curve published per reference.
Controlled ramp from 20 °C to 900 °C. Gradual stress release.
Slow ramp from 900 °C to the peak. Allows uniform diffusion.
Held for 90 minutes. Final densification > 99.5%.
Controlled descent to room temperature. No thermal shock.
